Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the items/services you purchased are not what you were expecting, you can request, within 3 days of your purchase of the item, that Tadpole Projects apply a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply for your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on the capabilities of our payment service providers and other factors. No refund is due to you for the items purchased other than booking amount for retrofitting, if you request it after the 3-day guarantee time limit has passed. Items/kits are manufactured only on order basis, so we will not be liable to make any refund to you, once manufacturing has started.
If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically credited to your account from which payment was received. Only 85% of the booking amount will be liable for refund. You may apply for upgrade of item/retrofit kit at any time but it will be subjected to Kit manufacturing status and available inventory.
Once refund is requested, amount will be credited within 15 working days. No refund claim will be entertained after vehicle is received for retrofitting. Booking amount can be transferred to other vehicle category or model subjected to Kit manufacturing status and available inventory.
