These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Tadpole’s project (“Project”). By participating in the Project, you agree to abide by these Terms.

6. Compliance with Regulations
Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards governing the use and operation of electric vehicles. This includes but is not limited to safety regulations, emissions standards, and licensing requirements.
7. Data Collection and Use
Participants acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Tadpole may collect data on vehicle usage, energy consumption, and emissions reductions to evaluate the effectiveness of the Project.
8. Intellectual Property
Participants acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Project, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, and trademarks, belong to Tadpole. Participants agree not to use or reproduce any intellectual property belonging to Tadpole without prior written consent.
9. Termination
Tadpole reserves the right to terminate or suspend participation in the Project at any time for any reason without liability. Participants may also terminate their participation in the Project by providing written notice to Tadpole.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tadpole shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Project.
11. Governing Law
